Develop a Learning and Teaching strategy that is focused on creating and sharing disciplinary knowledge through excellent teaching practice and resulting in graduates who are thinkers, practitioners, researchers and innovators.

Continue to develop and integrate our physical and digital infrastructure to enhance our students’ learning environment.

Build on our flexible curriculum and modes of delivery with employability and sustainability as central themes.

Create a diverse and inclusive student body in a university campus culture which is safe, respectful, inclusive and supportive.

The prominent role of online provision will remain an important element of ATU's portfolio, meeting market demands for more flexibility in our approach to programme design and delivery.
