One Year On
ATU Strategic Plan 2025 Impact Spotlights
The Strategic Plan is built around five Guiding Lights.
Enabling Education, Engaged Research and a Connected Ecosystem are underpinned by Organisation Transformation and viewed through the lens of Sustainability for the Future.
We're shining a spotlight on some activities happening across ATU that align with our guiding lights.
Starting this April, each week we will share a selection of key activities related to a different guiding light:
Week 1: Introduction to the Strategic Plan
Week 2: Enabling Education
Week 3: Engaged Research
Week 4: Connected Ecosystem
Week 5: Transformed Organisation
Week 6: Sustainable Future
In total, 27 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were identified to monitor the implementation and performance of the five guiding lights.
These KPIs are regularly reviewed by the strategic sub-committee to ensure that they continue to align with the future vision of our organisation.
Keep reading for the list of strategy KPIs in the following slides.
